Scope of Our Expertise and Certification
We do not offer expertise and issuance of certificates of authenticity for any postage stamps and philatelic materials.
We specialize in the appraisal of so-called "Definitive" postal issues, unused and used (canceled) after the 1888. We also perform appraisals of postal envelopes and postcards covered with them.
Here you will find the conditions under which we provide this service...
Acceptance of philatelic materials!
- Sending by registered insured mail or personally delivering the postage stamps and/or materials for expertise.
- Stamps sent or personally delivered by the owner must be accompanied by a detailed inventory and photographs (front and back) of the relevant post stamps and/or philatelic materials.
- A bilateral protocol for the transfer/acceptance of the relevant philatelic materials has been prepared and signed.
Prepaid expenses!
- 5 € for each stamp, series or philatelic material subject to expertise and designated as expertized with a separate certificate.
Еxpertise costs!
For each expertized stamp and/or philatelic material
- - Fee of 5% of the expert valuation price, but not less than prepaid 5 € (In this case you will pay 0 extra fee after the expertise is performed...)
Care and conditions during and after the expertizing.
Our responsibilities during expertise!
- We take full responsibility for adequate and secure storage of your stamps or/and philatelic materials!!
- We assume responsibility not to damage in any way the philatelic materials provided by you during the expertise!
- We undertake that all philatelic materials will be delivered in the form in which they were received in all cases except in unforeseen circumstances beyond our control!
Accidents for which we are not responsible!
- We are not responsible for damaged, destroyed or missing stamps if they are not handed in personally!
- We are not responsible for any unforeseen events that damage the provided postage stamps!
- We are not responsible for damaged or missing stamps if the owner does not personally accept them after an expertise!
Certificate of Authenticity Price!
Each certificate contains the mandatory attributes such as - an enlarged color photocopy of the respective philatelic material, front and back, description, signature, number and date of the expertise.
And the cost for each separate certificate is 10€.
