Order Canceling & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you need to cancel an order or return a order, please read the terms below.
Order Canceling:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing and confirming it, but only if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at /contactus.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it can be returned according to our return policy.
Order Returning:
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.
In order for the return to be accepted:
The product must be in its original condition (quality, condition and type)
Not replaced or damaged
Be returned in the original packaging
Be accompanied by proof of damage during delivery.
Return costs:
Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in cases where the product was sent incorrectly.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the approval of the refund.
Upon approval, the amount will be refunded in the agreed manner within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges due to the type of product sent.
